Matthew brings more than 25 years of leadership experience and a lifelong love of the outdoors to Business Camp. Back in 1992, a career assessment pointed to one clear fit: adventure. That spirit has stayed with him ever since—as a husband, father of six, CEO of a bootstrapped company for more than a decade, leader through an acquisition, and General Manager at a global software company. Today, he guides individuals, teams, and organizations as they grow in competence, character, and team health.
